Outsourced Trading Platform – A Digital Rebirth
The Challenge
By late 2024, a global outsourced trading platform faced digital performance issues. Their legacy CMS site—built on a four-year-old template—was plagued by plugin conflicts, broken layouts, and security gaps.
An urgent audit revealed the problem wasn’t just aesthetic—it was architectural. A rebuild was needed to future-proof the brand’s digital core.
The Vision
“We want a fortress.”
We proposed two paths: a raw HTML5 + JS build, or a modular and modern solution. The decision was to go with Astro, paired with a hardened headless CMS. The goal: content-editing freedom without sacrificing speed or security.
The Execution
- Rebuilt the site using Astro and TailwindCSS
- Deployed to Vercel for high-speed, atomic builds
- Locked down the WordPress backend to expose only necessary REST endpoints
- Built a custom CI pipeline to sync content from CMS to Astro in real-time
- Tuned AOS animations, SEO, and performance across devices
As the project evolved, it expanded into full rebranding, layout revisions, and strategy refinement.
